Jens Asylum
My story with the name Jens is dedicated to a DJ with the name Mono stuff. After my dancing education, I desperately wanted to start producing my own videos and sound. Jens became my mentor when it came to sound engineering. He introduced me to Logic Pro X and Ableton software programs, who were all cracked in the beginning. I think he is one of a few people in my life who was able to deal with me crying for help.
Jens is born in Berlin but lives now as a contemporary witness in Düsseldorf. When I told him I wanted to move to Berlin, he predicted that I would be homeless for at least four years. He was exactly right! When I visited him in Düsseldorf a few years ago, he became very worried about me. I asked him if he does not want to come back and show his daughter Mila Berlin. Somehow, he has absolute no interest of coming home to Berlin and told me that I immediately have to leave the city. It is a grooming trauma he has. I will have the same trauma when I leave this city and will never return, either. When we saw each other, one of his impulses was to give me fifty euros, which is very untypical for German people. I also got to see his beautiful daughter Mila who I last saw when she was a baby. What is your story with receiving help from a friend, mentors and the name Jens?
