Nadia Cake

My story about the name Nadia is dedicated to Nadia Zülow, who is now married to Jumprider Marcus Ehning. Nadia used to vault with me; she is a few years older and a role model because she was so discouraged by the sport. Her strong personality made her a trailblazer and a powerful impact in the community. The first thing I heard about Nadia was that she ate a lot of cake during squad training. I also have some cake-related associations with Nadia. I once transported her to a squad bootcamp via train, and my mother purchased muffins for us. Nadia declined to eat the muffin, which seemed unusual to me. The other anecdote took place while we were hanging out at the stables' restaurant. There was a woman in the restroom, and Nadia informed me what we should do when she got out.  We were instructed to take the cake in front of us and eat it like pigs to scare her away. Later, she told me that a teammate's mom had fallen in love with her. She wrote Nadia all these love letters, and Nadia wanted to make herself ugly so she wouldn't be attracted to the woman.  I first saw Nadia in 1994, when she was competing on a horse named Rodeo. The Horse got its moniker from C und A, which sponsored the club and was running a "Rodeo" promotion. C und A was quite popular at the time, and her instructor, Agnes Werhahn, is a member of the company's family and was able to secure sponsorship. Nadia was competing in a horse rodeo to the soundtrack from the Disney film "Aladdin".By the way, the season after the muffin incident, she jumped to Terminator music. I'm curious what the code of music choices in certain sporting events means. Nadia also had a parrot bird at home, which brings me to Natia Tudua, the winner of the Voice of Germany. After we supported her on YouTube, the bird became our symbol because she sang the song "feeling good" with the line "Birds flying, you know how I fell" during the show.
