Franz Nepotism

My story with the name Franz is a story about a German family clan my father is related to. It is called Haniel and the leader of the clan is Franz Haniel. I will speak out on my experience with them as a gay guy. When I was eighteen years old, I found out that I am related and was invited to family shareholder meetings. Since the family and the family business is divided, they give the shareholder a presentation of what they are about to do with the firm and investments. Most of the time they inform you how certain markets are not profitable. They were investing in businesses like Doc Morris and then realize the pharma industry is not working for them because they don't have enough data. Basically, they just buy firms and sell them again. It is more about prestige because it is one of the few family businesses left in Germany. They also owned about 80 procent of Metro Group. Saturn and MediaMarkt are also part of this. After missing investing in the digitalization of music, the companies are ruined. The clan leader Franz mostly gives subtle speeches that we should keep the money in the family. They promote marriage in the family or make us aware that we can't talk to press. Once he dissed me in front of the whole Family because I did a video about a party which they organized for us. It showed rich people partying, and that seemed l ike a threat to them.When I had the Idea to make a Facebook family member group, this was also a threat. They created their own family network. After starting my own Pilates business, I tried to connect with the family through their financial Hanitax office. My studio was very close to their office and I went there to sale my shares. When you sell your shares, they get very upset, and I was threatening them with speaking out. They told me that I don't need to try because they are everywhere. I did not believe it, but now I realized they could be right. During my time there, I found out that they helped my cousin Daniel Gustav Kramer to get into artist insurance. Since I am a dancer with diploma, I should get this insurance right away. Not in Germany, you need a Hanitax firm to help you to get in. After getting in, I brought the lady who helped me a big Bouquet of flowers. Somehow The Manger Herr Bayer took me beside and talked to me. He started gaslighting me with the words, if I don't organize my money, I have to work at Mac Donald's. He also wanted to talk to me another time, where an employee with the name Irina intervened. She said I should leave because Herr Bayer wanted to have 6000 Euro for the artist insurance help. I should not worry because she wrote the amount on the family list. After this, I was traumatized and told her that my shares are not enough to live on. Would it not be better to sell them and get support from the government, I asked. She said that she would do the same thing. I did it and since then I am stuck in this social system forever and apply for pension now. After selling my shares, they kicked me out of the family bank, Trinkaus and Burkhardt. The way they did this was even more traumatic. They said that I would be American and this is a danger for the company. I had problems getting a bank account after it. When I had my YouTube channel, I made a very short satire expose about Franz Haniel. It was actually really nice, but I mentioned something like this are the rich people Sahra Wagenknecht is talking about when it comes to stealing your money. Not talking about the fact that they also lost it because of not investing in digitalization. Now government and tech wants me to reconnect with my family because of pension, government support and precarious living situation.I still have to do it after spending my life being the tech slave for Google. None in this family invested as much in tech industry like I did. Since everything is about data, I asked Haniel if I could return to the family net. It would be productive to participate in LFTBQIA* reputation of the firm.I signed their agreement, but when they found out who I am, they ghosted me. It is probably Rhenish clique and a network of nepotism. I still think it should be exposed. that they are not investing in Diversity at all. Under 500 people, I was the only gay guy there. There was Cornelius one time, but also never showed up again. On a LGBTQIA star rating, their get none. Ir was shameful what they had to offer, and I don't want to be identified with this.
